The Dia de los Muertos celebration on Main Street in El Monte is a two part affair.
During the day, there is a family event, featuring live entertainment, altars & a procession, children's face painting and activities, ballet folkorico, mariachis, vendors, food and an art exhibit.
In the evening there is a concert featuring Banda Vallarta Show.
Daytime festival: 11am - 4pm (free admission)
Evening concert: 7pm - 11pm
