Downey's annual Dia de los Muertos Art Festival is held on a Sunday this year. 2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the event.
Highlights include a Dia de los Muertos Art Gallery, live performances including traditional Folklorico dances, and face painting.
Those who want to honor a loved one who has passed can submit an application to contribute to the Community Altar, (deadline October 28).
