The Natural History Museum celebrates the opening of its new wing, NHM Commons, with a day-long, outdoor-indoor, museum-wide festival.
Guests can be among the first visitors to see Gnatalie, the 70-foot green-boned sauropod.
Activities include:
- A Block Party on the new Plaza, with a community resource fair, food trucks, and music
- Live performances and engaging discussions in the brand-new Commons Theater.
- Opportunities to meet and talk with NHM scientists
- Up-close collection previews from the Museum's collections
- Hands-on activities and artist workshops
