1. Bell's Mansion – Stanhope
Bell's Mansion offers a sit-down dinner that features a serving of turkey, cranberry compote, Brussels sprouts, sausage stuffing, and mashed potatoes. Parties of six or more can enjoy a family-style four-course menu for $79 per person (50 percent off for kids 10 and under), as well as an a la carte menu and takeout. 2. Calandra's Italian Market & Deli – Caldwell
Thanksgiving lovers will not go hungry with Calandra's catering menu. It has two packages. The smaller one feeds 6-8 people and costs $225; the larger is $350 and feeds 10-12. There is plenty of meat, sides, and desserts included, so you're practically guaranteed to have tasty leftovers. Call 973-226-8889 to order by Tuesday, November 21.
3. Stonehouse – Warren
This chic farm-to-table restaurant offers a prix fixe, three-course meal on Thanksgiving. Each guest can choose an entree, including traditional chicken and mouthwatering short ribs. 5. Faubourg – Montclair
This bi-level brasserie offers a delicious takeout Thanksgiving menu of traditional favorites. Family-style packages start at $245 for 3-4 people with additional a la carte sides and pies also available for purchase. Order online in advance.
6. Madeleine’s Petit Paris – Northvale
Put a little ooh-la-la in your gobble-gobble with a French twist on the traditional Thanksgiving meal. Dine in or order in advance from the takeout menu. A full package with turkey for five people starts at $225, and for 10 people it's $450. There is also a package for just the sides. A deposit is required for reservations. 7. Sanzari's New Bridge Inn – New Milford
This quaint Italian restaurant pulls out all the stops for its three-course, prix fixe Thanksgiving meal. First-course options include its signature Sicilian rice ball, then the main course lets you choose between turkey, salmon, chicken, ham, shrimp, and more for $54 per person. It also has a kids menu for $27. A separate Thanksgiving buffet is served with three seatings and runs $62 per adult; $31 for kids. Call 201-692-7700 for reservations.
8. Restaurant Serenade – Chatham
This cozy restaurant from award-winning Chef James Laird offers a three-course, prix fixe menu that's a mix of traditional and modern bites. Whether you opt for the turkey two ways, or nosh on halibut with a butternut squash risotto, your toughest choice may come when you get to the dessert menu: It includes cobbler, pumpkin pie, and chocolate mousse. 10. Fernando's Grill – Hightstown
Eat in or take out this holiday. The takeout for two menu comes with turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, stuffing, veggies, salad or soup, and dessert for $65. Dine on Thanksgiving favorites amid beautiful fall scenery at this unique farm-to-table restaurant. This Jersey Shore restaurant isn't just seafood. It serves a traditional turkey dinner with all the favorites, including stuffing, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie. You can also order off the regular full menu, including lobster! Reservations are taken from 11:30am-4:30pm only. The Thanksgiving plate is $36 for adults; $15 for kids under 12. 16. Bobby Chez – Cherry Hill
A complete Thanksgiving meal for 10 to-go–including a 24-pound turkey with all the fixings and an apple or pumpkin pie can be ordered from this Cherry Hill restaurant. Order by Sunday, November 19, and pick it up the day before Thanksgiving. Heating instructions are included.
17. Riverwinds Restaurant – West Deptford
You don't have to be a turkey lover to enjoy dinner at Riverwinds this year. In addition to the classic turkey dinner, you can also select salmon, ham, or filet mignon. Kids can sub pasta or chicken fingers for their main. If you opt for turkey, parties of 4+ will have a bird carved tableside, which adds a nice touch to the meal. All sides are served family-style and include salads and desserts. Prices vary depending on your entree, but start at $46.95 for adults; $22.95 for kids. The same menu can be ordered to take out as well.
18. Haddon Culinary – Haddonfield
Full Thanksgiving packages (starting at $350) and a la carte options ($135) serve 6-8 people at Haddonfield. If turkey isn't your thing, opt for a holiday ham instead. You can also choose your stuffing and pie, and all meals come with mashed potatoes, butternut squash risotto, and green beans. Meals are available for pick-up only. Order online by Friday, November 17. to pick up Wednesday, November 22, or Thanksgiving morning.
19. Corinne's Place – Camden
To experience legendary soul food, visit this Black-owned restaurant on Thanksgiving. Although its Thanksgiving menu has not been finalized, it confirmed it would be offering a Thanksgiving meal again. Last year's packages included an entire turkey and three sides as well as the option to order additional meats.
