Arlington piles on the festivities for this daytime holiday kickoff. A shopping village takes place from noon to 4pm, where attractions include an egg nog crawl, a petting zoo, a visit with Santa, music, and children's activities. A parade of floats and decorated vehicles follows at 4:30pm.
